This is not my car. An American millionnaire I know has lent it me while I am staying there. He told me its 30 years old. I know he had the bodywork redone 2 or 3 years go. Its very slow and noisy. Its an auto and possibly has only 3 gears but I am guessing. I did not keep count lsst night when I drove it. It managed an indicated 80 on the speedo on the freeway - downhill obviously. The brakes are shocking and steering is vague. Here is a pic:

Nice old W123. That old 240d engine just keeps going.

I love W123s! They look great, and the interior looks far more modern and up-to-date than most other cars from that time period.

I really hate the yank headlights/bumper, totally ruins the front end looks.

Nice otherwise though.

I can get some more pics later if I take it out. Its sat in the garage here but my camera phone has no flash. I am a bit worried driving it around because a prang would not go down very well I'd imagine.
