I managed to get the first 8 seconds of the run at 640*480 with decent sounds quality before I get raf-dug's arm You're welcome to it if it's any use...

the movie is focused on you and stops just after you overtake the hot-rod. You can hear an engine (I think it'll be the Hot-Rod) and the crowd screaming with no wind-effect at all Taken on a Canon A70.

my video is taken from the grandstand just after the start line and shows the overtake largely followed by the shouts, cheers and screams of the Pistonheaders I was with at the time....

and a beer bottle raising past the camera as the times come up on the board.
