2004 L322 RR TD6 Vogue

Hi, I have noticed recently that my RR isnt getting up to temp according to the dashboard temperature gauge. Only ever seems to go as high as a quarter up from cold and stays there. Am I right in thinking the termostat is shot and if so is it an easy fix, is access readily available.
