Can anyone recommend where to get the Navigation CD drive from my 2002 PCM repaired? Only reads the disc on an intermittent basis....or is there a wiring diagram that can be used to swap in another CD drive?
thanks for that, but at over £200 for a repair I think I'll rip out the whole system and put in something more modern unless someone can suggest somewhere else with more reasonable rates?
A chap on the PCGB 996 forum has just fitted an aftermarket unit because his PCM1 head unit went tit$-up. Might be worth getting in touch and see if he wants to sell the nav drive. If you get a second hand one, make sure you get the security code.
