Looking to sell my House in Aberdeen and was wondering if anyone can recommend an Estate Agent?

A&C are coming to value this week, but looking at getting a couple more round, particularly one with a low commission as i'm thinking ASPC.com will do most of the work!

What about this Home Report, that's new to me, presume it's the same companies that i reemeber fleecing me for surveys, i.e DM Hall, Shepherds...?

Mines is on the market just now , _ i used Grant Smith - wouldnt recommend them personally

Thanks frank, have decided to use them as well. Have there been any issues with the buyers lender not accepting the valuation?
