WANTED: My kingdom for a wing mirror, '85 280i

Any one have one or more of those black plastic banded wing mirrors they want to part with? I'm looking for a pair, for right and left. Right now, a right hand side mirror would do.

Does anyone have ANY idea of what these mirrors are? What's the brand (Britax Wingard?)? Model? Any other applications? What the heck are they?!

Does anyone know how these come apart? I've got one pretty far apart, but I'm not sure how to remove the front plastic/metal cover from the "band". ??
