I am planning to have TVR Powers bodyshop fit a replacement dash (mine is knackered) and later style faired in headlights.

Before I go ahead are there any other bodyshops doing the same or recommendations ? I dont want SP6 type lights or the lupos so this seems like the best way of keeping standard ish while upgrading them.

Slightly OT ..you're going to pay someone to replace the dashboard!? It is not a quick job but there is nothing too scary under there, I dread to think what you'd get charged to do a job that you could do yourself on a Sunday afternoon as long as you can undo a few screws, nuts and bolts. I have done mine on my current car twice now with no consequences.

Cheers,
Matt.

Can I ask how much it costs ?
My near side light needs changing and I also like the Mk3 style so would be the right time.
Thanks,
Tony.

£370+vat to supply and fit. I've had the dash off /out several times but its a pain of a job and at that price (and as they will have the car in anyway) its a no brainer for me.

£635+VAT http://www.tvrpowersbodyshop.com/products/Chimaera...

I looked at Lupo conversions but having seen a load at Chatsworth I wasnt impressed with the fit and finish on any of them so decided to go MK3 instead.

Change prompted by both reflectors being rusted very badly.

Hmmm ... £150 + VAT for the HiD kit fitted ... wonder if there are any MOT implications on those?
