Make your own soup!
I make a saucepan full on sunday night and pour it into 5 containers, put a couple in the fridge for Monday and Tuesday and the rest in the freezer for the week.
2 cans of chopped tomatoes
1pt of vegetable stock
Leftover Veg from the fridge, carrots, cabbage, cauliflower, broccolli, frozen peas, onions etc.
Also a few herbs if you have them, dried or fresh.
Worstershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
Leave it chunky or blitz half.
Simple, takes 20-30 minutes from start to end and leaves your an extra 5 minutes a day in bed!

We came up with a quick crustless quiche, just add your own filling?
Quiche
Or some quick salads that you can chuck in a tupperware box?
