What do you zero carb boys eat at lunch?

Apart from prawns with salad leaves, or chicken with salad leaves I am out of ideas.

Please help!

Omelette
Home made soups - Chicken, Ham and Pea, both quite filling.

It does have carbs in it but I sometime use mashed Sweed instead of potatoes.

Pretty much any fish, any meat. Some high fat dairy.

If lazy, get a McD's or KFC and throw away any buns, fries or crappy coating.

Ive been having a lot of canned fish tuna, sardines or pilchards the later 2 in a tomato sauce can jobbys. Im not a fan of fish but i thought id give them a try actually quite nice. Next time i go shopping im going to see if you can get them without the sauce ( thinking they will probably be a bit more healthy )

Or i have eggs of some description.

I tend to have tuna salad most days, I do get bored of it though. I like to make it filling and varied by adding cucumber, peppers, red onion and some garlic or chilli mayo.

Sometimes I'll have a chicken and bacon salad with Pizza Express sauce. lick

Make a thick omelette the night before and have it cold. If you want to get lots of omelette for your protein "spend" (there is no way of writing that without sounding like you're in a porno) use egg whites (in a carton from the supermarket)

Today's lunch is king prawns, red onion, lettuce and a liberal amount of chilli mayonnaise. The mayonnaise isn't too high in carbs, which is lucky as I'd have it anyway!

My colleagues and I are cutting soon which involves reducing carbs so interested in this.

However, what do you guys do for pre-gym energy? I normally eat a load of pasta / cous-cous / rice an hour or two before hand....

It's very widely used by folk with little energy. I don't have any problems with energy on a low carb diet but sometimes use it because I'm tired from work.
