Focus ARB Bushes and Links

Im going to be changing the ARB bushes on my MK1 Focus, is it possible without dropping the subframe?

Also im looking for ARB links that are 25-35mm longer than standard, does anyone know where I could find a set?

not sure on the drop links, but this months fast ford mag, has a full poly bushe fitting guide and also covers replacing the drop links, and it does say you can do it with out dropping the subframe.

Cool thanks, Ive done the links before, but the car is lowered and the arb makes contact with the chassis on larger bumps. Its a pain and keeps wearing out the links, so i need to find longer ones to increase the gap.
