Just fitted this one to mine. It's home made wiring and a switch that fits the chim dash very well. Wiring instructions for a '99 chim are included.
The blue light comes on when the engine is ready to start and once the engine is running the light goes out and the switch is disabled. I'll take a photo and post it here.

and Dash LEDs etc etc. TVR bob, mine is using the alternator light for the earth return, much easier and has the same effect though. Just tap one side of the bulb, the other will not work ! Also if you supply the relay feed into the footwell connector it will probably sort any hot start problems, did mine and others !! The solenoid needs 11 amps to throw it, mine was 6 through the original wiring, fine when the solenoid was cold, just not quite enough when hot and sticky.
and 1 more question, do you have to turn the key first then push or just push
