Are you Private or Business if on 'cash for car' scheme?

Been offered a job that offers 'cash for car', sadly there is a age limit of four years so I'm wondering about leasing as it requires less cash up front.

Does anyone know if I would qualify for the Business or Private rate? Is it just VAT that is the difference, I'm not VAT registered or anything.

GB vehicle contracts look cheap, any other recommendations?
