Vomiting and nausea
Discussion
Is there a winter vomiting bug going around at the moment?
I've had a rotten time since Saturday when I had some serious violent and instant vomiting(sorry for the detail!) and have been ok since then apart from constantly feeling queasy, semi-heaving every now and then(with no follow through thankfully), can hardly face food etc. I've not had the squits at all.
If I still feel the same by the end of today I'll get a Doctors appointment but there seems little point if it's a virus and I might put some oldie in the waitng room at risk!!!

There seems to be a lot of it about. Plenty of fluid and rest in a ventilated room seems to be the standard recommendation. Paracetamol if necessary due to cramps etc.
Why a ventilated room?I've been laid low since Sunday with the same thing, slowly starting to feel better but it's properly knocked me for six.
