Hi just wondered when have buyers been told the cars are due ?
Has your dealer asked for a 10 or 20k deposit ?

They're being built between March and May for the UK market (66 cars in total).

AMG wouldn't accept an order without proof of a £20k deposit so everyone should be the same.

Not sure about the deposits, but I read an article about the C63 Black Series in this month's Mercedes Enthusiast.

It an interesting "on track" review but states the price of the C63 (cheaper than the CLK BS was) but also says that AMG hasn't restricted production numbers. The article says that final production numbers will be governed by how many are ordered for the production period.

Somewhat off topic, but I thought I'd highlight this review in a relevant thread

Ahh I see...it was via a dealer in Europe. No idea on the deposit. It is what made me think twice.

Tried at Lister's MB in Boston last week and they told me no more orders..

I paid 20k deposit and was told there were only a couple of places left beach in december... My build date is May.

I got an email yesterday confirming my C Black is ready to be collected in Stuttgart,
Anyone else heard of a delivery, can't be many in the UK surely???

I've been all over the net and asked my local dealer if any others have been delivered yet but even they can't find any in the UK??

Be great to find out how many cars were ordered in the UK?

I went for Fire Opel, 2 seat option, aero pack, silver wheels, but didn't go for the diff upgrade I don't have any desire to track it!!!!
