bits in carbon fibre
Discussion
There's a new firm set up on the industrial estate where my workshop is who make stuff in carbon fibre .. they're pretty good .. make stuff for harley davidson and bmw amongst others.
What I'd like to know is if there's things the cerbera owners would buy if they were in carbon?
Come up with some ideas that
1) will sell in big enough numbers to make it viable
2) be relatively easy to fit (no point having cheap parts that cost 500 pounds in labour to fit)
3) will look good and show carbon off to best effect
put your thinking caps on lads and see if there's some common themes that can be worked on .. style / performace / strength .. whatever you require please let me know

My apologies to Allan.
I have a feature to run at The Cerbera Register complete with photos of his work.
I've been a bit snowed under by my music work of late, but am updating the site as we speak.
I hope to run several new features in the next days or so and will be adding a lot of
new members to the register.
Thanks for your patience folks.

Would you be able to manufacture the part of the std cerb airboxes which connects to the trumpet pipes more cost effectively than the TVR stock part? Mine deformed under a combination of heat and pressure from the clips on the pipe. Ideally, a part which would fit the original airboxes with some sort of steel sleeve to strengthen the tube where the pipes attach.
Tried to source this from TVR (without the strengthening) and found that (a) they make it to order unpainted and (b) it costs a fortune.

interesting that on the advert, people who bought this often bought the M3 lookalike mirrors to go with it.
