That's just a fixed frame, however you can get systems to fit to the frame that will make it vibrate when you go over rumblestrips/crash.
To answer OP's question, I would but I don't really have the space and couldnt be arsed unpacking it and putting it away for a 1 or 2 hour thrash.

I have just got myself a Fanatec GT3 RS Clubsport and just need to sort a rig out. A friend has the same steering wheel set up with a R Tech seat/rig assembly and it is fantastic. Just as an example using the steering wheel/pedal set up I shaved 7 seconds a lap around Trial Mountain on GT5 compared with using a Pad and it is far more rewarding.

The shifter is OK - still feels like a toy, but it's better than the SST and miles better than the G25/7 effort. I want to try a Frex one, but I've heard a few bad things.
The shifter is on the right as 99% of the time I use the sequential shifter that is on the left, and most games feature silly left hand drive cars, anyway

Fair enough chap, what do you think of the elite? I've literally just the CSR wheel (my first wheel) ever and I like it quite alot, not as quick as with the pad yet but suppose had years of practice with it. That's what mine is 
- but instead of a usb board I use an SLI-Pro. I lobbed it all inside a maplin project box, and painted it black.. The CSR-E is nice, except the rim itself. I'm getting a CSW when they are available, though, so it's only temporary.

Yeah the G25/7 shifters are mere tokens so that they can say the wheel comes with them, rather than been designed for an real benefit. Im suprised it's better than the SST, that was all the rave a couple of years back. And yes, Frex stuff is some of the best along with ECCI, but some of it like the shifters look a bit home made.. :/.
