I don't really buy many games these days, but totally psyched for this, currently playing through ME1 (and 2, eventually) as a reminder.

I can't imagine any of the choices making a massively prominent role - it must take an age to program all the various variations that are possible (even more so in ME3) even when they are minor.

Demo for this is out next week, 14th February in case anyone is interested. If playing on a PC, you'll need the EA Origin software (and associated account) - it's not going to be available via Steam sadly.

I doubt it, they've made such a big thing in ME2 about the AI on the new normandy and how it's now a new entity in itself and still learning.
I'd say there's little chance of a new Normandy, more chance of a bigger presence from EDI in ME3.

Still waiting for the PC demo to appear on Origin, although the X360 demo is on Live Marketplace right now - why the delay for the PC version of it I wonder?

I thought the reason they were distributing through origin was to equalise the pricing with the Xbox version and cream as much money off the initial release as possible rather than allowing steam to sell it for £29.99

hell yeah- any game where you can shag some of the other characters (and not in a leisure suit larry kind of way) gets top marks from my point of view
