Oh god he is off again biggrin

Cannot remember how many i have done now but there must be a thousand left to do laugh

There is some old threads covering the previous runs but i attached some pics of my 400se dash with its new veneer stuck on.

There has been some interest recently and i will go back through the previous posts to find them (hopefully)

But if you are interested post the type of car 350/all the SE models and year and i will set the wheels in motion once i have interest from at least 8 or 9, which keeps the costs down.

any questions ask me

Stick me down for the glove box, centre clock panel and speedo panel please. '86 420 SEAC. What do you need from me to get them cut - apart from some loot.

Yes I would need the centre metal cover (not the bit with the dails in) as i did a set for Wayne who had the blue SEAC (now with andy tank) and the veneer was based on a carbon veneer he had given me as a template, unfortunately it was wrong. I think Andy found out when he tried to fit it BUT.......If Andy can confirm the replacement veneer for his wifes 280i special fitted on his SEAC, then i already have the pattern (glove box and RPM bit i already know).

Anyway if this does not pan out regarding above I am in Cardiff Friday for a meeting at 10am, we could meet or i could collect after ?

I need a set for my '86 SEAC too...

I assume they're the same as Andy's 280 auto and MikeB's SEAC.

I can do just sections if you really want, on the square clock 350 it's the easiest one to do but it will not match the glove box or main rpm bit.

You can stick the new veneer onto your existing veneer fronts as long as they are sound, i will post pics of my square clock 350i dash.

If anybody wants a sample, a little square of the material, just email me your address.

I don't have any cut yet, need to find some numbers which tells me what to get run (you dont have to pay until i post them out).

Hi Matin by the look of the centre console yes but i will send you a paper template of MikeB's once i have it to check.

You are missing the metal plate backing from the glove box normally the veneer is stuck to this then the whole plate is held on with nuts from the back.

Looks like something has been stuck directly onto the lid (signs of glue)

These veneers will need the metal plate.

Stephen,

As long as it's not outrageously dark or light I'm not too fussed. The glovebox is lighter than the dash, so they don't match anyway.

Do you need me to send a template (or even the metal backing plate) to work from? Or would I need to cut the holes out myself?

Andy

Need a few more full sets to make it work, cost wise.

I post up my 350 dash but cannot get better pics until the weekend.

The list so far (remember if you dont like the sample or the expected cost it's ok)

me 350i full set (for another 350 not the one shown)
hatter seac full set
mikeb seac full set
combine seac ?
wavey 350 full set
voltage maxx 350 full set
nac1 350 centre only
gary350i 350 centre only

These veneers are fully finished and only require to be fitted, no sanding or polishing.
Anybody remotely interested email me and i will send a sample, hopefully to convice you to put you name down.
No cash until i have them ready to carrier out to you, so if you change your mind OK (except the seac specials)

Got the sample today and it looks really smart, should transform the interior!

Just had two questions, does the glovebox veneer have the cutout for the lock?
Also, is it possible to do veneers for the door handles?

Definately put me down for a set though!
