Incident/Problem/Change Manager IT Roles??

I'm wanting to move into one of the following fields above,my preference is problem management but was wondering if I could hear the thoughts and opinions of other's who may have worked within those areas already??

I currenty work in an ITIL environment,and have seen the teams at work and discussed it already with some of the team but like to hear some more views please? Possibly the role that some of you may have done,experiences of that position and any suggestions please

My searching skills may be poor but I don't seem to find as many as I do for 1st/2nd line roles as there are for either of those positions. Anyone have any good sources for job adverts? Ideally within the Birmingham area,currently based in Aston,working for a large french company. No further development at the moment as the teams there are fully staffed,though will be talking to my team leader to discuss development.

The CV is being updated at the moment just need to sleep on it and have another look through,i'll be getting ITIL V3 creditation soon,though am aware of the methods and life cycles etc etc
Done IT support for a year now covering 1st & 2nd line roles,wanting to expand career further now..
