My German is excellent (been living here for 28 years), and I can tell you the man is an absolute nutter, to judge by what he wrote in the reply. As well as being complete gibberish, it's also grammatically wrong in some passages. I'd be willing to translate it in its entirety if you like, but it's not worth your time really, believe me.
I don't know what he deals, but it looks like he's been sampling his wares himself, if you get my drift..:-)
