Honda Accord 2007 Paint Peeling

Hello,

I have a 2007 Honda Accord Diesel Sport GT and I noticed yesterday that I have a two areas on the rear bumper where the paint has blistered and is peeling I don't believe that bumper has been hit by anything to cause this, has anyone else had any problems with their paint?

I realise the car is almost 5 years old but I would have expected the paint to last much longer.

The same has happened on the rear bumper plastic moulding of my late 2005 Civic. I had assumed that it was due to a poor quality respray of the part by the former owner.
