TVR models - anyone interested in new models??....

I have spoken to SMTS who produce some fantastic white metal models inc. several from the TVR line up e.g. Tuscan (open and closed) Cerbera, Speed 12 (race ad road) Chimera and Griff were also produced. However......... the newer range T350C, T350T, Tamora, Typhoon etc. are not available. They'd like to produce more models but given the £2,500 tooling up costs they'd like to get an idea of the interest that is out there so............ anyone interested in seeing these available? if so can you post a reply here or drop me a mail by my profile?

Anymore? 3 replies doesn't indicate a huge interested out there esp not enough to tool up to produce new models....... i'll go back to SMTS but I doubt that they'll be making any moves based on this.........

Iam always interested in any well done models of the TVR lineup, whether the newer models or the older ones.
As long as they are reasonably priced and well presented, you can put me down for at least one of each

I would suggest contacting Carinabox, who have just sent me a lovely model of the Tuscan - they had an absolute deluge of orders, after advertising in Sprint.

Go for it, even £30-£40 a time, I'd have the whole collection if they're in 1:18 scale!!

Yes, a Tamora please , already have the Tuscan S!
I am a model kit designer, but, alas, period boats, not cars, (although am sure I could do one offs!)
Are they white metal, or pewter? (white metal being quite cheap!)

Agreed. My Tuscan came last week. For £20 it is seriuosly detailed. It is sitting pride of place on my mantlepiece next to the Murcialago. Gives me ann idea for a new thread, forget about dream garages, what about dream mantlepieces!
