How long to get reply from 1st tickets?

As title, I filled out the online enquiry form last week to register for tickets, but not heard anything back yet. How long do they usually take to reply?

With all the ticket agencies you are far better to call than email in my experience. 1st tickets seem to be the most popular, you'll probably be number 500+ on Brian's list that he's working down. Call him and he'll tell you! Just tickets are worth a go as well, there is a third good agency can't remember the name at this moment.
