Day to day dinners
Discussion
Homemade curry/bolognese on a weeknight(less than £2 a serving and made healthily), take out curry Fri/Sat(one meal feeds me for two nights). Steak on a Sunday.
Sometimes have other stuff during the weekI(enchiladas, stir fry, filth like McD or KFC) if I really dont want one of my pre-made meals.
Lunch will generally be a chicken salad sandwich or a hot meal if the canteen has something good on(i.e. roast dinner, home made burgers).
Breakfast is granola Monday-Thursday, bacon sandwich Friday-Sunday.

Have a weird situation with sausage at the moment. I used to eat four sausages at a time , maybe as part as a full English. As I am getting more fussy with food I buy " better ," sausage. Trouble is I find they are too rich and struggle to eat them. Anybody else do this ?Fajitas

Anything pasta+meat based (Cannelloni, Lasagne with the pre-made sauces, Tuna pasta bake etc)

Fishcakes + Rice

Monday and Tuesday is normally using up whats left from the weekend in terms of fish, meat and veg etc. Wednesday and Thursday is something quick, usually pasta, curry, stir fry etc. Friday and Saturday eat out or cooking something worthwhile.
Tonight is enchiladas for me and the Mrs with steak and peppers etc left over from last Friday, kids are having grilled sardines and salad.
We don't plan our meals they just seem to evolve out key bits bought to use up whatever is in the fridge.

Would find it really hard not to have some bread with it.
That sort of defeats the object a bit but it's still a pretty healthy way to go.I started off having to grate cheese in it and dip bread but ive got to the point where i actually like drinking the stuff cold now.
