Hi, Mrs 645's SLK is due for a C service, how flexible are dealers in pricing for services? She has been quoted £500 plus for this from one dealer, is it worth approaching other dealers or is it strictly governed?

Try a few other dealers, should be cheaper than that. They should price-match each other.
