Recommended mortgage deals?

Hi,

As per the title really, I'm a first time buyer. Will be a joint application with a combined basic income of around 1/3 of the house value before bonuses etc.

Looking to purchase at a very maximum of £160k with a 20% deposit.

Can anybody recommend any good deals available at the moment, have tried most of the usual high street lenders which are offering reasonable rates but just wanting to see if there are any other less known ones that might be worth looking into?
