Who here trains before work? Im trying hard to get myself into the routine of training before work.
For me this means getting up at 6:15, then gym which is on my way to work then arrive at work for around 7:45.
I started to get annoyed with training in the evening. Either you get to the gym straight after work like everyone else and continually have to change your routine to be able to work around available equipment, or go late in the evening after having dinner. Both of these normally for me mean a set routine is always changed either from unavailable equipment or energy levels.

I really struggle with pre-work training. Just doesn't fit my mindset / metabolism / a n other excuse. It's bad enough finding the motivation to run the 5 miles into work, which is why I only do it a few times a week.
I'm a lunchtime trainer! 40 mins of circuit work or weights depending, healthy lunch at my desk. I'll also try and do something in the gym before going home too, especially if I'm driving.

I do. Partly out of necessity and partly to avoid busy times in the gym.
Generally up at 6am, roll into my runners, quick slug of "The Edge" and off out the door. This avoids having to do an early morning swim - swimmers seem particularly keen on early morning sesh's and it's a total pain in the arse sharing 3 lanes amongst 12. Sod that! In to work for 8ish and fit my swim in at 2.30ish in the afternoon - pretty much have 3 lanes to myself then.
Get back to work at 4ish, work for three hours and either home for 7.10pm and a session on the bike trainer (in the solitude of my shed!) or the gym at pretty much the same time when it's thinned out a fair bit.
My schedule does vary day to day, but my ethos remains the same.
Much as I'm the world's worst early morning person, I cannot abide busy gyms or pools - purely for selfish reasons!!!
