Advice on a trip over to monaco for the GP

Were making the trip over to monaco for the gp this year and would like some advice on where to sit etc?


We have been told a general admission ticket is as good as any grandstand as you don't see any over taking anyway?

Are there many parties to attend and can you roam anywhere around the track?

Do train tickets in from nice each day need to be pre booked?

Any help would be appreciated, as we've done many gp's but I know monaco is very different?
