Hi guys,

I need some help. I'm looking for a RR sport 2.7 or 3.6 from 2007-2009 type range.

I've been told some of the specs changed in this period but really struggling to find exactly what changes they made and when (i.e. I'm trying to work out if I should be looking for a narrower selection).

Anyone know off hand what changes came in and when?

I have a feeling that any changes will be immaterial but just want the full view so I know what I'm looking for.

Thanks!

There were various minor spec 'tweaks', typically every 6mths or so.

Things like, Digital TV tuner, ECU fixes, standard trim levels, blah, blah... AFAIK - There were no major changes to things like engine power output, gearboxes, drive train, etc...

Magic, thanks mate!

Exactly what I thought of only being minor tweaks to spec rather than anything life changing.

If you can find the extra cash behind the sofa then go for the TDV8
Its a much nicer car to be in

Biggest spec change came with the new engines and facelift round about 2010 ish I think
The TDV8 stayed on a little with the new interior model then got canned leaving a much improved TDV6

Lots of info at www.rrsport.co.uk
No connection but a great resource

cheers

gt yourself onto rrsport.co.uk everything you will need to know is on there. only great changes were made on MY10 sport that came out end of 2009. I have a 2.7 HSE a didint think thers too much differance between that amd the V8 but all V8 owners will say there a big differance.
