Anyone taken inlet manifold off?

Couple of questions for anyone who has remove/replaced inlet manifolds on a 4.2.

Was lucky enough to find a couple of upgraded (by Jools I think) inlet manifolds at Plasticman's treasure trove the other day and am now attempting to fit them!
First question, a couple of the injectors have come out of the fuel rail, how the heck to I get them back in?? The rubber seal seams too big to fit.
Second, anyone know where I can find a couple of new manifold gaskets as they could do with replacing?

Small amount of silicon grease, the orings do fit. would be worth replacing the orings, you'll kick yourself if once its back together one leaks.

Hi Joe, I have some spare (used) intake insulator O rings, there's nothing wrong with them but since I'd bought a set of new O rings, I fitted them anyway.

Found them! Not gaskets as such, but 'heat barriers'.

Yep heat barriers the O ring just fit inside the slots, The o rings are dirt cheap from an o ring supplier, i put the information on the parts thread

Excellent, thanks! By the way, should I use any form of sealant when re-fiting? There were signs of some on when I removed them but I guess that is what the O rings are for?

Nope no sealant, torque down the throttle bodies properly, i found some of the bolts loose on mine when i removed them
