Just watched a Touring Car vid from the late eighties with him commentating, not saying the current guys dont do a great job but since he retired I really miss that excitable voiceover on all things motorsport and I think I dont watch it as much since he stopped.

Lets have some good Murrayisms perhaps, anyone met him ?

Yes I have met him a couple of times and he is a really decent guy. Passionate about all forms of motorsport and is always at Goodwood and the Silverstone Classic event each year.

Got my pic with him at Goodwood (had to buy his scrapbook first though, worth every penny) nice chap, I asked him if he ever met Jim Clark and what was he like........he never met him, MW was too bashful to approach the god of F1 drivers back then, so he only ever stood next to him while others interview him
