The AFM housing looks a bit tired, what's the best way of cleaning it up?

Don’t really want to get into polishing it, just looking to try and clean it as best as poss.

thanks

degreaser, but if it is poorly looking, you can easily paint it

A product call Alu-Cure worked well on my AFM & other bits, its an acid solution.

is the Alu-cure a paste or a liquid?

Its a liquid. I did mine a bit at time with a stainless wire brush.

I had to take mine apart, the inside bore had gone 'furry' with Al corrosion for some reason.
I'm just about to try and make new gaskets unless anyone knows where to get originals?
