Batch image resizing

When I had Windows XP I had a thing that allowed me to select a group of Jpegs and re sized them all in one hit.

Is there anything that works with Windows 7 that does the same? It's a real ballache having to individually open each image in Paint, resize, save, then move on to the next one...

Faststone is another freebie that can do all sorts of things in batches - resizing, renaming, watermarking etc.
