Help needed re F10 M5 seat options

I have a new M5 (F10) on order. I have ordered it with full Merino Leather. I have not ordered the M Multi Function front seats at £875. It will have standard sports seats. I know that the M seats have different headrests and some additional shoulder support but will the standard seats have the vertical stitching in the leather or is this reserved for the M Seats.

Does the Full Merino leather change the seat style at all.

The dealers and even BMW at Bracknell can't give me a clear answer.

A final and unrelated question, will the headlining be in alcantara or just black nylon.

My understanding is that full merino leather includes Alcantara headlining and speccing it will not change the seat design other than colour matched leather on seat backs and head rest backs over standard.

Your dealer nor BMW GB can't tell you this? Oh dear.

I have got the M Sport seats in mine but didn't go for the Merino leather option. IMO it's worth paying for the seats as they look better are very supportive and you can change all positions including the bolsters to really hold you in.
I believe that the full merino package comes with leather dash A/B pillars in leather and a alcantara roof lining. When do you get it? I've had mine since launch and have to say it grows on me more everyday!!!

Full merino does not alter seat, just adds leather lower dash, complete leather door casings and transmission tunnel.

Very very nice, not sure if it's 5k nice though!

Thanks for the reply. I have been quoted June delivery with an expectation that it will be brought forward. Having seen the M6 in Autocar yesterday, I was wondering about flipping the deposit onto an M6. I note you are in Hertfordshire so not far from me.
