Here's an interesting one smile

Posted by some chap called Ron on the slot car forum ( I know rolleyes don't ask! I was just Googlin' 'onest Guv!)

For those of you whom aren't of a Jag persuasion there are other Ferrari pics as well which are equally evocative.

Thought this would have elicited a bit more from the usual crowd; Lowdrag any stories or history? I hadn't seen it before.

I'll refer this photo to my Jaguar Racing Encyclopedia who is on holday. I am thinking though that the car could be XKC 007 and that the owner's name of Joe Maybee could be a nom de plume, rather like Nigel Moores (Littlewoods Pools family) raced under the wonderful Yorkshire name of Willie Eckerslike so his parents wouldn't know. More when I know more, since none of my reference books yield any information.
