Morning team, I need a little bit of fibreglass work for the Tiv, but there doesn't seem to be any companies round here that will want to do it. Anyone used a good company in the Slough/Berks area ?

There's an excellent company just off M4 Jct 12 called Specialised Paintwork.
See http://specialisedpaintwork.rtrk.co.uk/?scid=35087...

They do mainly insurance work on Lotus - I couldn't believe the number of Elise he had in when I visited some time ago. All for front end repair - that must say something about either the drivers or the cars!

HTH. Cheers pewe.

Morning Phil wavey

although not quite local, Bedfordshire! there is David Hillis Plasticman he specialises in fibreglass and TVRs, but if he's too far he might know of someone else..might be worth messaging him.

Who I was going to recommend. They are Lotus Approved but seem to do other marques too (certainly had some Pork when I checked them out). I haven't used them but it was a toss up between them and Steve Williams Sportscars in Maidenhead when I needed repair work. SW is exclusively Lotus I think, but you could approach him too.

For the record I was not even in my Elise when it sustained front and rear damage (parked) hehe

That's not to say I have never managed to damage the front end of an Elise. But that was someone else's and another story!
