E10 Ethanol fuel
Discussion
intend to replace the fuel lines out of respect for a new engine, fuel pump and filter, but have been warned that the new 10% Ethanol mix fuel will massively accelerate rubber hose failure, among other nasty side effects

anyone know if current spec standard rubber hose is already manufactured to withstand the Ethanol ?
anyone know where to get hose that is resistant ? Viton ?
cheers

From what I've read hoses made it the current standards will be OK it's just the older ones (pre 91?) that might have issues.http://www.fuel-testers.com/ethanol_problems_damag...
