I thought they were bloody good, probably would have been ten times better had the audience numbers been bigger. Did ammuse me when someone shouted out to the singer to pull up his jeans. Did also struggle to hear the singer but that was down to the audio company.

From Memory they were pretty good, although memory is a little cloudy at around that time

I was pitching my tent a few yards up from the beer tent whilst they were playing, I thought they were bloody good, shame I couldn't get the tent up in time to wander down and see'em, but at least it made putting the tent up a much more pleasant experience

and jiggling around in time to the music whilst trying to put tent pegs in isn't easy

Not entirely sure as I was trying to sleep at the time (had to be up at 4:30!) but they kept me half-awake and I would say they were pretty darned good from where I was...

Yep, I thought they were excellent - I wanted to stay to listen to their last one, but my drunk boyfriend went staggering out of the beer tent, so I missed it.... should of left him to it....

I especially liked 'Cars' - I hope I am not confusing the bands, I'd had a lot of Smirnoffs.....

Have they released anything on CD?

Yep, the 4 of us thought they were bloody good. I bought a couple of CDs off them afterwards. Got 1 in the car now.

I don't think the crowd appreicated them as much as they deserved, but the majority there were around 35-45 and I guess it's a bit much for them!

Bugger, didn't know they were selling CD's there too - they pitched their tents next to mine as well! Agreed it wasn't to everyones taste, but it was a diverse crowd - I enjoyed it, well I enjoyed all the bands, great mix, but I thought Matahari were suitable for the time of night, bought a bit of life back to the tent Are the CD's on general release?

CDS are generally available...it's kinda up to Sanctuary as to whether they'll be on 'general release' or not....

If you go to www.matahari.org.uk you can order them directly (not e-commerced Im afraid)
