Finally got round to some post-respray photos.

Well, after having the front end resprayed, the Cerb is almost exactly as I envisaged it when I bought it. Spent a lot of money on her and am very proud of how the old girl has turned out. In hindsight, the car needed a bit of TLC initially to get her back to full fitness but to sit back and look at the results now is great. Obviously its nothing compared to the incredible things that others have achieved on here, but nonetheless, there's always an excuse for some photographs. The eagle-eyed amongst you will notice there's still no front numberplate on there... it just looks so good like that.

The pods are no better Andrew i think my Chim with HID's fitted is miles ahead of my pods with HID's

Will we see this Cerb at chatsworth this year, how much of the front end was resprayed, is it a perfect match ?

Gerradi, it was full front end and scuttle panel repair (one of the corners was missing). Also fitted clear front indicators which apparently are an absolute bh to do. Cost was £900. The original headlamps are comfortably the most attractive setup in my opinion, there was never any question over how the headlamps were going to end up.

Gray 101, the match is extremely good. Very impressed with it. The full bonnet up to both wings was sprayed, can't tell a colour difference at all, which is very satisfying when one doesn't have the funds for a full respray!

Already removed and replaced with the gold caps. Prefer them.

It looks like you've had the front number plate mounting holes filled in, which looks great but where or how are you going to mount your front plate now?

Hi Jubes.

I had the mounting holes reglassed with the intention of getting a smaller front plate and having some new holes drilled at a later date. Contemplating running it with no plate though, considering it looks so good.

I was thinking of doing exactly the same, although I'm favouring the smaller plate on newly drilled holes route to keep it reasonably legal.

It does look so much better without a front number plate though!
