Second tank - what to stock?

Ok so I currently have a 200L tank running with 2 Keyholes, 2 Redhead Tapajos Eartheaters,2 Apple snails, 2 harlequins (going), 1 Otto (possibly going), 1 Albino BN, 1 BN, 1 Festivum, 4 Panda Corys and 5 Peppered Corys. Adding to this soon will be 10-15 Rummynose tetra perhaps. Heated to 26.5 and filtered via a Fluval U4 and a Fluval 205, so slightly overfiltered.

I recently aquired another tank - a small 30 litre rectangle heated to 25 and filtered by an Elite Stingray 15. It currently houses 2 adult platys (male and female) and 13 fry (all growing at different rates!). When the fry are grown enough to sell they're going to a LFS. I then have a choice.. Option 1 is a nice male Betta - probably a crowntail or a halfmoon. Option 2 is Shrimp - lots of them! Start with cherries most likely. Option 3 is 3 Pygmy Puffers - Because they're so damn cute.

Betta all the way. They're almost seen as a fishkeeping cliche but they're cracking little fish. And much more noticeable than dwarf puffers.

Do a small brackish tank for a change, and i think this will be suited to puffers?

Ive got my main 200L community/keyhole tank then a 30L platy fry tank (Betta and panda corys going in) and now have a 30L shrimp tank and hopefully get them breeding to stock the other tanks!

shrimp shouldn't be a problem to breed for the other tanks. I have a shrimp tank that is periodically harvested for shrimps for the other tanks - special treat for the rainbows!!
