MEETING?

Anybody in the South/South East, or further afield if you're keen, fancy a get together? I propose a Sunday lunchtime meeting at a suitable pub. My preference is the Grasshopper Inn on the A25 between Oxted and Westerham on the Kent/Surrey border just off J6 of the M25. This has a very large flat car park and is a meeting place for a number of car clubs. The (now defunct?) Ultima Owners Club has had a couple of meets there in the past, and we all met there before going to the Brands GT round last year. How about Sunday 1st August? Since I live near the pub I will definitely be there come rain or shine, since it wouldn't totally knacker my day if I was the only one to turn up, but I probably wouldn't stay past 2pm, you can only drink so much Kaliber!

Im in! Dry weather would be a real advantage for me and my spyder.... but will be there otherwise! BUT there is also a great event at Thorny Island on Friday/Sunday 16th/18th July, its a hot rod show, but has a FULL drag strip avaliable for all on all 3 days. We will be there!

You need to pre-book as its an real RAF airfield (security stuff etc) we want to try to get a good 1/4 mile time.

Can't make Thorney Island as I'm booked for something else that weekend. The flyer indicates pre-booking closed 23/6/4.
