Hi
We went when the show first set up (the original set up not the new set up under new management) and went for the first 4 years then due to it being "the pits" we gave up.

Today I received the booking form for a club stand (strange as I thought it had been booked earlier in the year) so will get it filled in and returned so any Jago Owners will have some where to pitch.

mal get another carb if you do the fuel you'll save will allow you to come!!
we hit 30+ in a 4 hour run to devon [230 miles] on an auto box still with a broken screen
has to be carb as long as timing points tappets plug gaps are all set right worth cheching as it does make a huge difference to fuel consumption
as does carb float setting get the haynes bookes out
we have escort and capri manuaLs if ya need relevant pages
your estimaTE OF 14 is well off what it should be
how far to kings lynn from birmingham?
i have a large hammer that can fix it hahahahahaha
[birmingham screwdriver]
check the cambelts in right place too did you say it has a vernier "pulley"??

Yes you camp on the same pitch as you show if the set up is the same as it was when we went.

Not sure if we are going or not at the moment.
As well as work schedules it also depends on Martins health which is not to good at present.

There should be quite a few Jago members in that neck of the woods so I would hope some of them can attend.

I will be attending this one as it is my local show, But the jeep is staying in the garage awaiting a big operation for next year as it has let me down (engine problems). I only attended 2 race meets this year, Yes it was only on the road for 4 weeks this year and gave up on me. I will call at the stand to say hi ! Ill see who ever goes there..

OK I have had the stuff from the organisers of Harrogate show so here is the info you will want to know.

All the club stands will have signs so look for the Jago spot.
Kit car drivers get in free but passengers pay the standard charge for the weekend.

If you arrive Friday then ensure your passenger pays at the entrance gate and gets a wrist band. This must be worn through out the show.
If you arrive Saturday this also applies whether camping on the site or staying at an hotel.

You must NOT drive your vehicles around the showground during the show apart from when arriving to get to the stand.

A 15mph speed limit is in force and anyone exceeding this will be removed from the site (and most likely if in a club the club will be possibly black listed)

Please note public camping is not allowed on the showground so members of the various clubs are being allowed to camp there by special arrangement so leave the place tidy and act in a responsible manner.

Last of all enjoy the show.

Doesn't look like many of us Jago owners are going to Harrogate but I am. Well, once I find out where it is, what time it starts on Saturday, etc. Anyone able to help?

Opening times are 10am to 5pm both days.
It is on the showground which should be sign posted but as a guide is off junction 47 of the A1M.
The organisers web site is www.kitcar-shows.co.uk
