V8 Vantage locking problem

Has anyone had any issues with their central console lock button not performing as expected...i.e not locking

Several times whilst in the car, I've locked the doors (by using the central console) whilst waiting for my missus, and when she rocks up, she's able to open the passenger door without me pressing the unlock button. A bit scary as I live in Central London, and could be exposed to some nutter trying to get into my car.

needs new door module - known fault on them.

Hi Neil - what do you mean by door module. The car was back at the dealers at the weekend, and they replaced the drivers door latch, but I'm still experiencing the issue?

Had both of my door modules(latch)replaced as the car wouldn't lock...

They should also reflash the software too...

I used the centre console to unlock mine last night and when I tried to lock it from outside on the remote it didn’t lock.. I ended up unlocking it with the remote and then locking it... it worked.... is this something that gets worse? And is it covered under the extended warranty does anyone know?
