Rented White van or a flatbed, bit of tape to alter the number plate. Tatty jeans and builders shirt. Hard hat and a high vis jacket.
You could drive around all day with impunity and no-one would ask what you were doing. Just need the balls to carry it off.
And if anyone does this, it's not proof it was me, ok!!

When I was an ikkle boy I had a train set.
One of the trains had a net on the side that would collect a mailbag from the plastic station.
Is there an accessory for White Vans that has a similar net to collect Scameras without stopping.
Please - there must be!
