Hi all

Now that the Ring has become effectively unusable, me and a few chums are looking for alternatives for our annual European jaunt this year. Preferably April, May or June.

The possibilites seem to be: Croix en Ternois, Abbeville, Spa, Le Mans Bugatti or Zandvoort.

Other than a few Spa days, and Bookatrack at Zandvoort in August, there doesn't seem to be much out there right now. I've looked at the main UK organisers - BAT, Goldtrack, Easytrack and also http://www.trackdaylist.com/.

Where else should I be looking to find days at Abbeville etc, or is it just that the calendars haven't been finalised yet so there aren't many details yet?

Any help appreciated.

Lotus on Track use Abbeville, Croix, Zandvoort and Spa, they only allow 2 seaters. No radical esq are either.

Circuit Days also do Spa.

Destination Nurburgring do track days at the 'ring, which assuming the issue is insurance, should make the Nordschleife accessible again.

As mentioned - LOT do actually "specialise" in Abbeville and they do other ones you asked for. You need a sports car to join though, as it's a club.

I've seen that LOT do Abbeville, but I'm the only one in the gang with a two seater so that's unfortunately out of the question.

Gordon - I'd love to do the Spain trip, but it's in the price range that's a little tricky to slide past the wife! Cross channel ferry plus a couple of nights in a B&B plus drinking money is more what we're looking at. I'm a big fan of BAT so Spa is a possibility...
