I have one small little problem left with the car, every time i press the clutch there is a click that comes from around the pedal area when i first press the pedal down. WHAT COULD THIS BE PLEASE.
just had this prob on my s2 turned out where the pedal box joins the bulkhead the metal was flexing and causing the clicking and movement.mine was quite a big job(7 hrs) and was told by machtech not to ignore it!
Same happened on my old 944S when one of the spot welds holding the pedal box bracket broke off at the top. I actually cheated and put a bolt through from the top. Once sealed and painted it was perfect, and a damn site cheaper than having it removed and rewelded.
