Just had to do it. Another pre-cat arriving tomorrow.
Discussion
Bit the bullet and bought another pre-cat today. I am sure someone said 'I need that noise in my life' which just about sums it up. Its 4.0 and will be different to the 4.3 BV but in Mica blue with OZ wheels and a cream interior it is just what I was looking for. I have a few things to sort, the heater blower is not working and the off side exhaust manifold has a crack in it, so some decisions to be made there.
Glad to be back in the Griffith fold and will be at the growl again this year. First picture attached, more to follow.

Ah just seen 2nd pic, forget it, unless the plate has been changed.
You are right it is very similar and I did call about that one but as you say it is different.............and a few grand less!black and green said:
Very nice! I looked at that one in October when it was at James Agger's. I bought the other pre-cat he had instead - I couldn't bear the thought of cleaning those wheels!! (Mine has the Gotti 5-spokes)
Its funny that, I saw your post and that you had chosen the other one. Anyway, I didn't have the chance to get up there and another guy bought it, but didn't like it and apparently traded it in for a Porsche Boxster!!!
Everyone to their own. I had the 5 spokes on the BV and they look great but for some reason I have always thought that the OZ wheels just suited the car, especially against the dark colours....but your are right about cleaning.
