Seems Streetcop isn't our McLaren F1 fantasist after all. Elements of his behaviour rang some loud alarm bells with me which is why I blocked him.
I'm satisfied that he's a policeman although some of the audit trail he left last time he was on here still needs explaining, but I'm prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt for the moment.

Thanks to Ted for graciously allowing me to continue the good work and thanks also to SilverbackMike who did the leg work to prove I was a bona-fide copper.
I oringinally posted on here as I believe there is mutual benefit for both me and the members. I personally get the rare opportunity to hear the public's honest views and experiences of dealing with the police and I in turn can express my views on such matters. This gives members an opportunity to ask questions that would normally go unanswered. In addition, what I learn on here might benefit me on the streets and also be cascaded to other officers.
We already have several good coppers on here to answer questions, but in different forces with different experiences. The more BiB that post on here, the more information the public recieves, thus enhancing their knowledge of the Law and police powers and procedures.
Nice to be back, hope you're all well.

Ach! Liebchen! I had great fun winding you up a little bit last time! I am nice tame cat really!
It is always that comment about "training, rushing off to unexploded doughnuts or (donuts - (for Streaky who is pedantic about spellin' - we learned American English at school and our Mama is English from Yorkshire - and none of us can "spell" as result!) that winds me up!)
You may have heightened reflexes and reactions - same as other equally competent and advanced trained drivers - but you are not superhuman - even if we do expect you to be so at times when we are in bother!
Still - if you get to "know" me on here - you will know I prefer a cop to a robot - but would not like ride in your police car either - so I behave most of time!
Am pro- driver education as constant, and against speed cams as they appear to focus on wrong area of driving, and lead to increases in dodgier and more dangerous OTT driving styles. And I do want more traffic cops - trained to high standards - and do not mind paying for this in my whoppin' taxes. (Except that they spend my whoppin' taxes on setting up .... Safety Cam Prats and squandering on other equally daft projects!
Am getting ready for trip back home to Mama and Papa at moment - as would like to see them before I get enormous like beached whale again! (Am expecting another kitten - hazard of bein' married! )
Also - want blast on a track day and fast drive on A/bahn before bump gets in the way!
