Why are a lot of classifieds in CAPITALS?

Majority of them are on Autotrader rather than PH but it makes it a chore to go through them, is there a particular reason? We read by visual shape recognition of lower-case words so doesn't make sense from an easier to read perspective. Example —

MAJORITY OF THEM ARE ON AUTOTRADER RATHER THAN PH BUT IT MAKES IT A REAL CHORE TO PORE THROUGH THEM, IS THERE A PARTICULAR REASON? WE READ BY VISUAL SHAPE RECOGNITION OF LOWER-CASE WORDS SO DOESN’T MAKE SENSE FROM AN EASIER TO READ PERSPECTIVE.

I tend to just ignore paragraphs that are not easy to speed-read these days, whether it's all in capitals, using text speak or some illiterate who gets his boughts/broughts/theres/theirs/they'res mixed up... unless there's a very good reason for me to want to read the post/ad (free money/sex/cars are good reasons).
