F30 3 Series spotted

So chaps I saw an F30 3 Series with some of those swirly camouflage stickers on it that you see on spy shots driving around near the Angel of the North today. The bonnet badge was also covered up. Couple of questions - why bother? We all know what the new 3 looks like so why camouflage it? And what's it doing up here? We're a long way from BMW HQ in Bracknell. A dealer demo car perhaps? Anyone know when the launch is?

I saw exactly the same in Chester today, a bright red one with a few blocks of camo on the bodywork. Was obvious what it was.

Dealer cars then I guess, but camo-ed until launch?
